Graphic Designer

Are you a Graphic Designer with digital and print production experience? We have an opportunity for you! Ongoing temporary need with the possibility of being considered for long term placement!

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develops layouts for all aspects of corporate marketing including direct mail, email, advertising, sales collateral, internet, promotions, internal communications and miscellaneous projects.
· Works collaboratively with marketing and sales management to communicate marketing objectives and determine effective messaging, content and layout design.
· Translates concepts and ideas into visual communications that can replace or enhance narrative documentation.
· Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, utilizes brand standards for styles and fonts, and arranges layouts based upon available space, knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
· Coordinates the release and processing of files at prepress. Ensures accuracy of file set-up and specs for all out going work. Approves proofs for accuracy.
· Assists in product photo shoots when necessary.
· Manages internal/external designers and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
· Demonstrates initiative and innovation appropriate to the assignment and timeframe. Maintains compliance with prevailing corporate identity standards.

REQUIREMENTS
· Possesses advanced skills in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
· 5-10 years of graphic design experience, mostly in B2B marketing.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Demonstrated experience with the application of graphic design principles, procedures, software and audio-visual tools, as well as command of the English language and grammar.
