Understanding brand strategy, as well as Marketing and Design & Development objectives. Conceptualizing and presenting multiple concepts to meet brand messaging objectives , deliver play experience and story. Executing product guides that effectively communicate product assembly and operation. Refining product guide solutions with integrated feedback. Providing progress reports. Initiating and attending team meetings, product kick-offs, approval meetings, and status meetings. Monitoring legal, licensor and regulatory requirements. Identifying and developing process improvements. Driving multiple projects throughout staggered stages of development. Delegating individual design projects to production designers, internal agency temps, and outside vendors. Prioritizing work to maximize support and ensure high quality results.
