Our client are an industry leading Trade Association within one of the largest private sectors in the UK. Providing guidance and development throughout industry standards during a time of massive change within the sector, our client provide a crucial role within the industry to ensure it continues to adapt and thrive in this ever-changing world of technology.
Our client are looking for an established Designer to work in-house across a variety of both online and offline collateral, including publications, social content, event material, digital marketing and presentations. Working closely with other members of the company, it will be your responsibility to manage brand communications, developing and pushing creative ideas within a corporate environment. The chosen candidate will be someone highly creative with the ability to concept ideas and carry them right the way through to finished artwork.
This position is for the solo creative within the business, so you must be a highly driven and dedicated individual happy working the full life cycle of a project, working autonomously and also liaising with other members of the team throughout the process. As the sole Designer, you will act as brand guardian, ensuring high quality is met for all pieces of work to leave the studio, no matter how small.
Skills & Experience
Our client are looking for a talented individual ready to hit the ground running, someone from either an agency background, or in-house. You must have excellent hands on design skills and proven experience of producing engaging work at a professional level.
Other skills include:
- Fully proficient in Adobe CS
- PC literate
- Experience using Powerpoint
- Excellent pre-press and print production knowledge
- Video experience would be highly beneficial
- Comfortable presenting to peers and clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and new media
