Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer works on a variety of firm identity and marketing materials across all media using the Adobe Creative suite and Microsoft Office Suite.



  • Working with creative team to develop and execute creative concepts

  • Production and revisions of existing firm materials (digital and print)

  • Problem solving and advising internal clients on the best method of delivery for creative solutions

  • Providing detailed communications on project status to the Design Manager

  • Production of project components according to approved creative direction, as well as established firm guidelines

  • Creating digital assets for use on PowerPoint presentations, social media and web platforms

  • Meeting with clients, managing and updating production coordinator on project status

  • Participation in the review and critique of all projects within the team

  • Coordination of, and participation in, client presentations


  • 4-year degree in graphic design or equivalent experience

  • Outstanding conceptual and visual design skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong knowledge understanding typography, demonstrated in portfolio

  • Background in identity and marketing communications

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize while working under tight deadlines

  • Print supervision—broad & complete knowledge of offset and digital print/production techniques, and paper specifications.

  • Project management—ability to identify resources and communicate with vendors to achieve desired results

  • Problem solving, flexibility, and practicality are essential qualities for this position.

  • Understanding of HTML, CSS a plus

  • Understanding and interest of front end development a plus

  • Interest in and ability to design and consult on UI, UX a plus
