**This role starts as a temporary hourly (W2 role) though client intends to convert to perm role.**

Our client is a large financial institution in Wilmington, DE and they are looking for a Graphic Designer to join their digital team, which functions as an internal creative and digital agency. This Graphic Designer opportunity is a 6+ month contract job with the potential to extend or convert to permanent. This is 40 hours a week, health benefits and 401K are offered.

The Graphic Designer will create both print and digital deliverables and work cross functionally amongst the creative teams for overall strategy. We especially are looking for a candidate that has extensive experience working on marketing campaigns. 

Graphic Design Responsibilities:  
• Work with marketing and client service colleagues to develop conceptual designs and big campaign ideas while supporting an overall messaging strategy   
• Work with other graphic designers and copy writers to continually release assets into production on schedule   
• Propose, plan, design, and deliver a full range of high-impact print and digital collateral, including, but not limited to: infographics and data visualization, presentations, social media assets (animated twitter cards), electronic publications (animated interactive PDFs), interfaces, and working knowledge of motion graphics 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and differentiate the company from its competitors   
• Maintain high standards and ensure only the best work is released to the client   
• Collaborate across the group to raise standards of creativity    

Graphic Designer Qualifications 
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Cinema 4D, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint), MAC and PC proficient 
• This team functions as an in-house marketing/design agency, so agency experience is a major plus   
• Fluent in a variety of digital delivery formats (data visualization, interactive PDFs, motion graphics, animation, social media platforms, PowerPoint (PPT)  
• Bachelor’s degree in fine arts or graphic design, media production, or related field   
• 1+ years of applied graphic and print and digital design experience   
• The ability to think creatively and deliver clever concepts       
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment within tight deadlines, exceptional project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills    
• Can work effectively with all levels of management and on virtual teams       
• Unity 3D and Augmented Reality experience are a plus
