The Work:

  • Work closely across all areas of the business, including marketing, product management, development, sales and the partner community to advance our brand and key business objectives via all things visual. This includes:
  • Demonstrating concepts with rough sketches
  • Developing graphics/creating images that identify a product or convey a message
  • Create high impact, brand-consistent designs intended to engage, attract and sell working across a range of print (marketing collateral, proposals, reports, infographics, tradeshow graphics, etc.) and digital media (powerpoint, banner ads, emails, web graphics, graphics for social media, etc.)
  • Producing high quality work, on brand, within specified timelines. Includes creating and procuring photography and illustrations, integrating copy into the design, collaborating with copywriters, and following creative work from concept through pre-press and production
  • Accepting feedback from stakeholders and incorporating feedback into designs and layouts
  • Ensuring quality control for every visual aspect of the design from concept to finished delivery
  • Proof all materials and ensure that all projects follow the required traffic and copy/proofing workflow
  • Support the maintenance of image/file cataloguing, archiving and backup
  • Adhere to the digital asset management workflow and processes
  • Maintain partner portal


  • The right individual will understand, love, and be truly passionate about design and marketing. You will have outstanding visual, written and oral communication skills and an ability to translate a creative vision into reality.

    Minimum Requirements‬
  • ‬‪Formal design training with solid typography, graphic and design experience. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related design field from an accredited program preferred. Dual major in marketing a plus‬‬
  • A minimum of three (3) years of direct experience either in agency or in-house corporate environment
  • Excellent understanding of composition, color, imagery and typography
  • Pre-press/production knowledge and experience
  • To be highly organized and dependable, and able to multitask, work quickly and accurately, and meet multiple (and sometimes competing) deadlines


  • Must be expert in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. HTML, CSS and JavaScript knowledge a plus.

    Occasional overnight travel (less than 10%) by land and/or air.
