Graphic Designer

Our client is looking for a solid mid-level Graphic Designer to create materials for industry conference exhibitions, support sales and marketing intitatives, and assist in the planning and execution of the annual User Conference. Additional responsibilities include assisting with company-wide design needs and social media management. This position will start as part-time, on-site, but will likely grow to a permanent, full-time role for the right fit. 2-4 years of experience ideal. Main job functions include:

 Conceptualize and design high-quality print, display, digital and video work that aligns with business goals.

 Design and produce print-ready marketing collateral, event/booth signage and materials, and digital assets for web and social media.

 Maintain established corporate brand standards and consistency of message and design across materials and media

 Assist with formatting copy and other marketing documents.

 Assist with monthly newsletter, website and social media maintenance as needed.

 Assist in planning and execution of the annual Users Conference.

 Assist Sales team responses for requests for information and request for proposals.

 Collaboration with sales team, Marketing Director, product specialists, and executive management on assistance with any functions of marketing and sales communication.

 Research higher education state initiatives and hot topics for campaign targets, and stay up on current and emerging digital trends.
