Graphic Designer

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer for an awesome, growing tech company in the hiring and staffing space. This is an exciting role for candidates who want to gain a hands-on experience, working directly with the Marketing and Sales team to enhance strategy, brand message, and brand identity. The successful candidate will have a vision, skill and creative chops to develop compelling visuals that resonate with the viewer.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the successful development of a variety of marketing materials including collateral, landing pages, display ads, emails, tradeshow graphics, and presentations. Candidate must possess strong design skills, have an eye for typography, color and composition and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
• Be able to work within and maintain a brand identity system and ensure proper application consistency across all touch points.
• Turn brand and creative strategies into beautiful, sophisticated, brand-appropriate designs, communication systems and campaigns
• Refresh and drive brand integrity, standards and creative quality
• Prepare final digital files, including production artwork, interactive assets, templates and archive files
• Create exciting graphics for all print materials including brochures, proposals, letterhead, business cards, environmental and vehicle graphics, promotional products, holiday cards, announcements, and trade show materials.
• Create amazing graphics for all digital materials including email, website, social media, and sales presentations.
• Initiate fresh and effective support materials to assist compelling and crystal-clear communications

ABOUT YOU
• Bachelors in Graphic Arts/Design or related field
• Years experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience with content management systems (WordPress) preferred
• Expert at creating clean production-ready artwork
• Demonstrated ability to inspire compliance with brand standards while developing proposals, presentations, brochures, and other print collateral
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and color sense
• Demonstrated presentation design ability (PPT, Google Slides)
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively as part of a fast paced marketing team.
• Experience developing desktop, mobile or web UIs is preferred
• An understanding of B-to-B category is a plus
• Writing, Editing, and Proofreading Skills is a plus
• Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS and animation a plus
