Graphic Designer

This person will work on a range of projects: logo design, brand development, style guides, iconography, illustration, environmental graphics, and packaging. It is important that this candidate have strong concept and illustration skills - able to work with a developed brand standard but create unique designs for a variety of mediums.

· Passionate about all things design related with the ability to apply design skills (ideation, color theory, typography, imagery, pixel perfect layouts, texture, etc.) across print and digital platforms (mobile, desktop, tablet)
· Help drive the creative process from original concepts to final implementation for new and established brands
· A collaborative spirit - you’ll be an important member of the team and work directly alongside other disciplines to make great work better.
· Ability to professionally present ideas to other with confidence
· Ability to be a self-starter/motivated with minimal supervision needed
· Produce print and digital ready files based on agency standards
· Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and time-lines
· Keep up with current industry technologies
· Communicate well with clients and others in the team
· Work independently and in a group environments
· Be a self-learner

Requirements

4-7 years design experience.
Strong Adobe Creative Suite experience [InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop]
Portfolio that demonstrates a sense of branding, typography and layout across mediums
Comfortable thinking on screen as a sketch pad.
Animation and motion skills a plus
Agency experience a plus.
