Graphic Designer (In Store Marketing)

Seeking Graphic Designers With Top Concepting Skills & Who Can Crank It Out!
Your Creative Vision Is Wanted Immediately.

Only resumes with solid concepting and preferably In Store Marketing samples will
be considered.

Our Client’s graphics department has been slammed with work.
In this busy department you will be concepting & designing tons of in-store marketing
materials including in store signage, presentation materials, displays, etc. and seeing them through to production.

First: You will be responsible for implementing the
creative vision and for maintaining the visual integrity of in-store marketing creative.
And... will neeed to be an expert in Adobe Suite/CS5 -
3D would be nice but not required.

Here's the rest:

Creative Development
• Solves creative challenges and continues to build creative that delivers on business objectives and strategy.
• Implements projects from conception to completion within established creative vision.
• Collaborates with Photo, Copy, and other marketing partners on all projects as necessary to develop creative solutions.

Creative Management
• Reviews all stages of project with Manager.
• Prepares creative presentation materials. Presents and reviews all creative to Manager.

Process Management
• Collaborates with Project Management to keep projects on track and on schedule.
• Maintains job notes on critical design details for future reference.
• Maintains an organized file management system.
• Creates/maintains current, up to date style guides.

• 2-5 years design experience.
• Good organization, time management and multitasking skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• BFA or equivalent degree required.
• MAC proficiency in: Adobe InDesign Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe Acrobat
• Strong Understanding of typography and design composition.
• Solid understanding of creative print-ready files.
• Must be a strategic and conceptual thinker with the ability to ideate and execute creative for multiple print mediums.
• Must have experience multi-tasking and working on various levels of creative and multiple brands in a very fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail workflow, processes, and structure.
• Knowledge of four-color, spot, and digital printing processes and prepress requirements.
• Experience with 3d point-of-purchase displays a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to present creative ideas in a professional, organized manner.
• Strong understanding of photography and digital imaging.
