PURPOSE: The Rebid Media Consultant will design and create effective marketing materials in support of the client's Workplace Investing’s (WIs) overall business goals. This individual will support retention efforts by designing creative materials that speak to the client including custom covers, presentations, and brochures. This individual will support the presentation and creative design work for Large, Strategic, Advisor and other markets as needed with a focus on client retention. This includes: working with the Relationship Management Organization and other internal business partners to design highly creative materials in an effort to retain our clients and save billions of dollars in business each year. Critical components of the role include: working independently, analyzing and interpreting the business need to drive the creative components of the deal, executing on the deliverables, and creating and designing custom slides for presentations, while ensuring the highest quality and on time delivery.

OBJECTIVE: The Rebid Media Consultant is responsible for the day-to-day management of the creative components supporting sales and retention efforts. Designing custom presentations, custom covers, brochures, and email banners with a B2B focus are critical responsibilities. This includes working with WI business partners including: Account Executives (AEs), Product and Service Consultants (PSCs), Solutions Architects (SAs), Managing Directors (MDs) and Senior Management to drive decisions around the creative needs of the deal. The Rebid Media Consultant will develop a solid knowledge of our client's WI outsourcing services and systems capabilities. The Rebid Media Consultant will also be responsible for assisting with other technical support areas as needed (e.g. CARS Portal).

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working primarily with AEs, PSCs, SAs, and MDs, the Rebid Media Consultant will act as a project manager for WI opportunities as it pertains to the creative needs of the sales effort. Responsibilities include:

Project Management Responsibilities:
• Analyze, identify, and interpret business needs into a creative strategy and execute on deliverables
• Drive the decision making process as it relates to the creative needs of the sales or retention effort while managing timing and expectations appropriately
• Work with Sales and the Relationship Management organization to manage the presentation process and support slide design as well as the various iterations of the presentation decks
• Work with Marketing to drive ongoing strategy and messaging
• Ensure quality by managing a thorough quality check (QC) on all presentations and custom work and provide quality assurance for logos, custom images, graphics, etc.
• Set appropriate expectations and appropriately manage to deadlines while partnering effectively with AEs, PSCs, SAs, Admins, PCs and others
• Provide meaningful and accurate tracking and reporting of project volumes on an annual or more frequent basis
• Ownership and ongoing maintenance of presentation templates, updating the team Web Portal as needed, and other technical support as needed
Additional Responsibilities:
• Utilize the prospect Web site and other resources to create custom presentations, custom covers, and other custom materials that speak to the client or prospect
• Work within appropriate client style guide and branding standards and adhere to any requests or restrictions designated by the client and or advisor/consultants
• Maintain appropriate presentation decks and manage conversations with Acquisition Marketing on current client branding and tag lines and influence changes to content and materials
• Ensure any custom or newly created content meets legal and compliance requirements by applying knowledge of client's process and procedures
• Ensure overall quality and timeliness of custom cover and presentation work
• Identify project issues and work with assigned PC/AE/PSC/SA to clarify and gain more information for resolution
• Customize as necessary to meet prospect’s general and specific requests


REQUIREMENTS
Experience
• Strong graphic design background with three to five years of highly developed desktop publishing skills (Adobe Creative Suite in a PC environment)
• Three to five years of financial industry and/or related experience
• Experience with color output (all mediums)
• Experience with Web design and maintenance is a plus
• Strong project management experience

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and consult with key internal business partners
• Strong research, design, and organizational skills
• Ability to incorporate critical design elements into custom creative work

• Must be a strong individual contributor within a team environment

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of PowerPoint
• Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks within tight timeframes
• Outstanding project management and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively within tight deadlines


Technical Competencies:
• Utilizes graphic design and page layout programs (such as Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
• Demonstrates high level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint
• Experience with other presentation applications (Prezi, Apple Keynote) and video/motion design a plus
• Experience with MACs a plus

Education and Licenses
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Degree in Graphic Design, Publication Design, Video/Motion design or related discipline a plus
