Graphic Designer - Junior

Looking for a GREAT opportunity as a critical creative contributor to a growing company? This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a designer with a few years of experience (internships count!)

In this position you will:

- Oversee and manage creative assets for the company

- Create new marketing and sales creative materials including brochures, trade-show materials, eMails, presentations and more

- Work with a variety of internal teams in support of their creative needs

- Manage multiple projects/requests and prioritize and meet deadlines

- Ensure brand consistency for all deliverables and platforms

You should have:

- A strong sense of urgency and initiative, and the ability to take personal responsibility for your work

- A constant desire to improve learn and grow

- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well with all levels of people

- 2+ years’ experience in Graphic Design

- Strong proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

- Excellent sense of brand, design, layout, imagery and typography

- Familiarity with PowerPoint design and layout is a strong plus

- Great file management and pre-production knowledge and experience

- A portfolio that shows a variety of design and deliverables

- A passion for design in all its forms – print, trade show displays, email, web and PowerPoint

- A strong visual thinker and problem solver

- PowerPoint Design, web design, email design, and Interactive PDF experience are all big plusses

- Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree in Graphic Arts or equivalent work experience
