Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for designing artwork directly related to In-store presence. Critical to this effort is the ability to present brands and message to the customer/consumer in a consistent and creative manner within very short lead-times. Success will often hinge on the technical aspects of our visual presentation and the ability to execute programs effectively. The Graphic Design Specialist interacts with In-Store Merchandising Managers & Specialist, Brand, Category Development, Trade Development, Packaging, Legal & Consumer Promotions and Agencies, and sales force when necessary. Work directly with appropriate Brand to review creative briefs in order to meet all design objectives and expectations
Obtain legal and regulatory approval on creative and promotional projects when applicable.
Act as a liaison with legal & brand to insure current brand logos, colors and trademarks are accurate for request.
Manage timelines and die line art submission to ensure all artwork is delivered to vendors on time to make sure production schedules are met. Design for Trade ads for all brands with Trade Development specifically for Trade Publications.
Upload to FTP or Fed Ex out final creative to publications.
Design coupons and FSI's (Free Standing Inserts) for all Brands.
Manage from concept to final. Work directly with promotions department to go over creative brief and brand objectives.
Work closely with agencies of record to supply them with up to date brand artwork from packaging server, logos for vendor die lines, brochures, creative explorations, ETC.
Trouble shoot die line submissions and vendor color proofing. Upload rush display requests via FTP to vendor server.
