Graphic Design & Production Manager

We are seeking a Graphic Design Production Manager with hands-on corporate marketing design expertise and a stellar track record at multi-tasking and leading multiple design projects. 

Graphic Design & Production Responsibilities:

 Design, produce, and publish a variety of new corporate marketing materials including brochures, event program ads, web banners, and other collateral.

 Responsibilities will encompass all phases from concept to distribution, including creative asset (image) research and sourcing.

 Ad-hoc projects may include logo/identity design for company programs or new entities.

 Production-related responsibilities include layout, design, and production for annual marketing materials based on established templates.

 Creative contribution could include copywriting/editing of content.

Workflow Coordination and Project Management Responsibilities:

 Act as a liaison and project manage deliverables for major collateral projects that are outsourced, such as the company annual reports.

 Manage external relationships including the design firm, print, and fulfillment vendors

 Serve as project manager, including coordination of review and approvals

 Maintain and track production workflow and expenses

 Ensure that all production work is done correctly and in a timely manner

 Anticipate and resolve problems.


 5+ years of experience formatting, laying out, updating, & editing templated/branded designs, as well as experience creating new brochures from scratch

 Demonstrated knowledge of print production workflows and technologies

 Strong project management skills. Demonstrates strong detail orientation, process orientation, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.

 Strong relationship skills. Demonstrates the ability to work in a team environment; takes initiative to work and learn independently and proactively contribute to department goals; and ability to lead others while maintaining effective business relationships with internal colleagues and external


 Strong communications skills; able to communicate clearly and concisely.

 Personable and team-oriented.

 Demonstrates the ability to work within established brand guidelines.

 Skilled in desktop publishing and creative design application such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)

 HTML5, Digital Asset Management, and Web Graphics experience a plus

 Portfolio must include some writing samples.
