Graphic Assistant

Position is responsible for supporting creative development specifically for digital direct response marketing channels and on-going website enhancements. Support marketing teams to help develop, update graphic files and prepare creative for presentations and approvals. Assist with design and editing emails, landing pages, web pages, banner advertisements, and presentations as needed. Create flow charts to illustrate website user experience and functionality for internal and external reviews and approvals. Ensure accuracy of creative materials. Perform regular website proofreading and updates to ensure accuracy. Organize and maintain working files for all digital assets to ensure accuracy. Update working files as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Marketing
• Three to five years experience in graphic design required
• Experience in website production/creating websites mandatory
• Must be proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, and Acrobat on a PC platform
• HTML and Flash experience preferred
• Strong project management skills required
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal communication (both oral and written), time management and organization required
• Copywriting and art direction experience helpful
• Prior corporate marketing or advertising agency and direct response marketing experience preferred
• Employ self-motivation, independence and flexibility in multi-tasking
• Creative development of direct response print and direct mail experience helpful
