Job Description

Our company is seeking an in-house creative team member
to help develop beautiful creative for our marketing and advertising. This
role will work directly with the Founder and executive team to
conceptualize, design and execute a wide range of projects. Projects will
include digital (website design, emails and social media content) and
primary and secondary packaging, print collateral of all types,
(presentations, marketing materials, etc).

Responsibilities
  
Further develop the brand style guide to create visual
assets for all of our consumer touch points—website, email, display ads,
blog, social media, branded content, and print collateral of all types
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to generate new marketing
ideas, campaign concepts and seasonal style guides
Drive the development of look & feel, typography, iconography, color
palettes and layouts for brand
Execute best practices in user-centric design for desktop, mobile, email
and social media
Conceptualize, design and implement page layouts, incentives and
execute digital campaigns inclusive of: landing pages, email content,
onsite assets and social media creative
Support e-commerce business with the creation of: weekly newsletter
content, ad banners and on-site promotions
Work with internal team to devise, implement and iterate on a robust
creative testing plan to find creative elements that maximize consumer
response
Acquire a deep understanding of the CR consumer segments and develop
creative that appeals to the unique needs of those segments
Creative implementation and design of primary and secondary packaging
Assist in photography and video production, as well as copywriting
Develop product comps & manage ad hoc day-to-day creative needs
Develop and maintain a creative asset library to enable simple searching
and sharing of assets across business channels and with external
partners
Maintain a consistent brand identity and experience across all channels
  
Qualifications
• BFA, Graphic Design or equivalent 4-year degree
• 3–7 years of professional design experience with a design agency or inhouse
creative team
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience designing best-in-class marketing and sales collateral
including digital and print assets for e-commerce and retail
• Experience designing for a lifestyle consumer brand, with specific
experience in e-commerce and performance marketing, beauty & fashion
a major plus
• Exceptional typography, composition, color theory and design skills
• Desire to lead creative more broadly than artwork—including
copywriting, photography and video production
• Comfortable managing an end-to-end creative process, including
conceptual design, art direction, project management, post-production,
color correction and typography
• Strong project management & organizational skills and a track record of
managing multiple simultaneous projects and deadline prioritization in a
cross-functional marketing environment

Desired Skills and Experience
• Portfolio showing a breadth of design experience and social-media
acumen is a must
