We are hiring an Online Reporting Analyst for an exciting full-time opportunity with a company in Thornhill!

Position Overview:
The Online Reporting Analyst’s role works within the eBusiness team to examine and evaluate all of the groups reporting requirements. This encompases all of the organization’s business units that are supported through the online channel.
The individual will use their experience with specialized reporting tools in combination with in-house proprietary software to create, manage and update monthly and on demand reports as required.
The expectation is that the Online Reporting Analyst will proactively go beyond simple report creation and work collaboratively with our Marketing Strategists to analyze trends and results to make recommendations for improvements to the website and online campaign performance ultimately increasing revenue opportunities.
The Online Reporting Analyst will assume responsibility for Google Analytics and WebTrends analytics tool and make informed decisions about it’s ongoing setup and use and future direction.

Experience:
• Experience working in a Marketing or an Online environment
• 3-5 years’ experience working with web-based reporting software like Google Analytics and WebTrends
• JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint and Project
• Experience working with a variety of databases and willingness to learn customized software
• Solid oral and written communication skills
• Skillful and professional report-writing and formatting
Responsibilities:
• Assess analytics implementation completeness, identify gaps and recommend analytics configuration and custom JavaScript coding solutions
• Co-ordinate and assist with coding, testing analytics tracking code.
• Configure analytics tools (Google Analytics and Webtrends)
• Troubleshoot web analytics data problems and implementations.
• Analysis of web analytics
• Build and maintain analytics reports and dashboards.
• Prepare monthly eBusiness reports including site traffic reports.
• Prepare post-campaign reports on Online Marketing Campaigns
• Work collaboratively with the groups strategists to test and optimize the company’s website to maximize conversion rates and continually improve engagement
