Go-to-market/Communications Mgr

The retail team in the customer experience group of a large media company is in need of a manager level Communications/Go to Market Resource person. It is onsite in Center City.

Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the go-to-market strategy for new product/feature launches, quarterly marketing campaigns and pricing and promotions

- Support communications and tools to used to convey new product/feature launches and other key initiatives to partners, the account management team and the frontline sales teams

- Articulate key benefits, sales approach and very clear messaging associated with each initiative to resonate with our employees for each initiative

- Work with cross functional teams and agencies to provide channel-specific content and review and correct communications for the channel

- Set expectations, coordinate deliverables, hold stakeholders accountable, and communicate timelines across functional work groups for all initiatives that need to be communicated throughout the retail channel

- Communicate customer value proposition enabling the retail and etail sales teams to successfully execute and sell programs

- Manage monthly and quarterly newsletter publication

- Support admin functions for Retail Project Calendar and Retail sales and communications portal


Desired Qualifications:
· 3+ years go to market, marketing and communications experience
· Cross-functional project management experience
· Outstanding written and oral communications skills
· Ability to effectively, confidently communicate with all levels and work groups within the organization
· Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
