A unique opportunity for an experienced visual designer/studio manager to lead an internal design studio. You will act as senior art director and coordinate teams of graphic designers located in several offices around the world.

You will lead the design and execution of local marketing communications and the ongoing definition and implementation of our visual brand identity. The client has a planned re-brand and you will be an integral part of this process.

The digital marketing team is one of the best in Europe and is one of Facebook's top performing major accounts. The team works smart, agile and the in-house marketing design process is a major part of that success.
All content is developed, and almost all is produced in-house! They are now looking for senior design talent to continue driving efficient global design solutions for growth.

The successful candidate will help shape and mentor a global team of local designers, bringing greater creativity and efficiency to our global operations.
As a key manager, travel to local offices to build team relationships with local colleagues and understand local market challenges will be vital.
The scope of this role does NOT include UI UX design of the site or apps. The role is 100% focused on creation and management of marketing content.

Key responsibilities:

• Help hire, coordinate, and mentor local Content Designers who will be based in our ten local offices around the world.
• Create and oversee development of effective graphic assets that will support local marketing strategies both digitally and offline
• Develop process for feedback and resource sharing across remote design team members in our multiple local offices
• Consult with local team stakeholders to ensure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy/accuracy of input, schedules, production support, etc.
• Contribute to our ongoing visual identity guidelines (alongside our Global Creative Lead) and help ensure consistent visual messaging, and look and feel across marketing and communications materials in all territories
• Partner with our global growth organization to implement marketing strategies and create tactical executions
