The nature of the work is focused on creating product and brand demand, understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information. Set, adopt, and enrich strategies for Global/Geo/Terr related to Global vision that drive retail opportunities for the consumer Connect to target consumer and key influencers to monitor/anticipate trends and provide feedback to Global, geo and/or category Define the category vision for product presentation, product communication/ed that creates the best consumer connection Lead the product presentation, service and environment definition for category; Drive integrated/consistent product presentations through game plan process Lead and develop the consumer experience teams.

Core competencies:

Functional retail expert (be the functional expert in order to deliver highly relevant consumer experiences. Category (soccer/sportswear) expert is preferred but not a must)
Deliver results (Pro-active, self-starting, organized and able to follow thru to the very end/detail
Make good decisions (Seeking relevant information. Solving problems and make good judgements . Able to focus and prioritize in order to work efficiently)
Communicate effectively (informally as wells as formally, verbally and written)
Team player with leadership identity (a team player that is able to work with multiple teams and can assert himself as a expert/leader in his/her field)
