Global Program Director

Provide support to the Strategic Initiative Leader to ensure delivery of high quality results in a timely and cost effective manner. Specifically, provide global program management support that includes defining, deploying and managing a standard project plan across the prioritized markets to ensure installation of capability and realization of desired results.

Responsibilities

Define Global Program Management Approach
• Assemble team and develop detail program approach and country plans
• Define roles and responsibilities for all project members
• Identify interdependencies with other key global projects

Standardize Program Activities, Costs and KPIs
• Identify all activities required to ensure successful installation and realization of desired business results
• Develop and manage a standard program plan inclusive of all activities required by market, COE and IT professionals to ensure installation of the program/project capability and realization of the desired business results (includes work effort of external partners).
• Estimate budget required to implement plan, connected with alternative sourcing partners
• Ensure business value is estimated as part of the country transformation plans and KPIs are established to measure results

Deploy and manage Program Plan consistently across prioritized markets
• Ensure Market Led project team members understand their respective roles and responsibilities
• Liaise with Market leadership team to gain sponsorship and provide status updates
• Ensure project managers are deploying consistently
• Ensure all in-market project interdependencies are identified and managed
• Escalate issues for resolution
