Global Partnership Manager - WL2

We are looking for an experienced partnership professional that is able to take ownership of a number of key work streams, to lead and support our group countries and help them maximise their loyalty partnership activities.
This individual will work cross functionally at a group level whilst also working closely with the local Loyalty managers (and wider teams) to implement the core philosophy and approach to Loyalty partnerships.
They will bring a group view and challenge the local teams to step change their partnership activities, whilst also delivering group activities too.
The individual will be comfortable in working with external partners to identify and deliver relevant and differentiating partnerships that compliment the core loyalty offering and delivers great benefits to customers.
In addition, the individual should demonstrate real knowledge and expertise in the world of partnerships, and be known as an ‘internal expert’ that can showcase new thinking as the business evolves into a true multi-channel operator.

• Local Loyalty Managers
• Local marketing directors
• Group teams (i.e. F&F clothing / General Merchandise / Global Business Unit etc.)
• Group/Regional and Local IT teams
• External partners





Role accountabilities
• Ensure all markets have a clear loyalty partnership plan and support them in implementing and evaluating success against the group partnership approach.
• Be a focal point for best practice and sharing of loyalty partnership activities (internally and externally).
• Support local teams as they develop local partnership activities.
• Responsible for and delivery of 2 key group loyalty partnerships projects.
• Provide great communication around your deliverables to key stakeholders.

• An expert of partnership activities, able to demonstrate this expertise to across all parts of the business.
• Liaising and influencing stakeholders from across the business. You should be a good ambassador with excellent interpersonal skills.
• The successful candidate will have a tenacious ‘can-do, will-do’ mentality. Whilst being personally robust and willing to challenge the status quo you will work closely with other team members and must be able to bring people with you.
• Skilled negotiator and communicator, able to look ahead, identify challenges and issues, and influence a wide range of stakeholders across multiple functions to deliver solutions.
• Creative, analytical and pragmatic – you will be able to provide recommendations and make decisions on behalf of the customer and business.
• You will be able to demonstrate a track record of identifying, negotiating and implementing partnership activities that deliver against ‘soft’ and ‘hard’ targets.
