As part of the Global Go-To-Market team, this exciting new role will lead regional marketing strategies and programs in Latin America and be a champion for the region at worldwide headquarters. The goal is to maximize the impact of client's marketing investment in the region and to ensure that we speak with a unified voice to our customers around the world.

This person will guide all regional marketing programs especially channel programs from strategic planning to tactical implementation including success evaluation. This encompasses designing integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns with the regions. Other Responsibilities include development of retail assets and tools, development of marketing assetts as needed, agency management and budget allocation.

Responsibilities:
10+ years of B2C and B2B marketing experience
5+ years of relevant global marketing experience
Strong consumer marketing experience at Fortune-500 companies
Retail channel marketing or trade marketing experience
Past management of consumer advertising campaigns
International Marketing experience
Demonstrated track-record negotiating with retailers and other partners such as OEMs, carriers and distributors
Experience interacting with senior executives
Outstanding communication skills verbally and in writing
Strong project management skills
A team player with strong relationship building skills
Understanding of global consumer markets
Strong attention to detail
Excellent planning and organization skills
Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Affinity for technology
Experience in consumer electronics, mobile communications a plus
Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish preferred

Education : Bachelors degree required / MBA strongly preferred
