Global Marketing Enablement Associate

The Marketing Enablement Associate [MEA] will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. The MEA works closely with the Global Marketing Enablement Lead to facilitate the development of strategies and plans for the firm as a whole and measurement of their implementation progress. This role will also be responsible for conducting complex data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company.

Responsibilities:
Manage roll out of new functionality and system (as needed) including technical requirements, end-user training and communications and continued administration of the system.

Oversee project management and task schedule for technical enhancements on cross-functional implementation teams

Develop and manage on-going business process documentation including managing knowledge portal

Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact

Education • Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) required. MBA a plus
Experience • 3-5 years of experience in managing marketing automation system(s).
• Knowledge and experience administering event management system
• Experience developing business requirements and process documentation
• Strong familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce)
Knowledge and skills (general and technical) • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship building skills – builds credibility with all stakeholders as reliable, accurate, and resourceful conduit to ensure accurate and timely execution of information.
• Exceptional project management skills. Ability to manage projects and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be results-driven, enjoy problem solving. High detail and coordination skills required; able to accurately exchange/ track with high volumes of data and manage timely status updates with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with IT development processes related to CRM/ marketing applications. Extensive experience using event management (Cvent, Starcite), marketing automation (Marketo, Eloqua) and CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
• Demonstrated ability to navigate technology platforms in digital media
• Demonstrated understanding/experiencing organizational process related to system operations and integration
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills involving technology
• Solid written and verbal communication skill with ability to communicate/translate complex concepts to non-technical audience
• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite; especially Powerpoint and Excel: Filtering, VLookUps, Pivot Tables, etc
