Global Marketing Analyst

Our Client's Global Marketing Team is looking for a seasoned marketer to help build our growing social media advertising channel. Our client is still in the early stages of leveraging social media advertising to spur social engagement, acquire fans and new customers, generate revenue and achieve other marketing objectives. As the channel grows in size and sophistication, we need marketers who can create successful advertising strategies, execute a set of well-structured tests, roll out successful campaigns, and optimize performance over time against a clear set of performance goals.

To be successful in this role you will need to both see the big picture, and to execute in the near-term. You will understand both the art and science of online advertising, and have proven success in driving substantial results, ideally in B2C e-Commerce customer acquisition, lead generation and/or revenue generation. You will rapid test and learn approaches. You will be savvy about how to leverage large data sets to create sophisticated advertising be comfortable working with complex challenges, appreciate white space, and understand the value of programs. You’ll have a global mindset, and be equally comfortable working with marketers, product managers, engineers, and teams ranging from finance to analytics.

Responsibilities
Traffic and maintain structured marketing tests. Provide ongoing and campaign completion analysis.
o Track, measure and report on channel results using data from various underlying systems.
· Own the creation and communication of business metrics and performance reports for a worldwide audience. Coordinate
Optimize advertising campaigns using levers including media partners, customer targeting, content and creative.

- Deliver against project plans and deliverables on time and on budget

Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of demonstrated and progressive professional success
- Hands on experience managing paid online marketing campaigns: Online Display, Adwords, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Must be comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis. This includes familiarity with VLookups, Pivot tables, and other such functionalities.
- Attention to detail is critical. Must be able to operate in the detail that comes with the aforementioned responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving online B2C customer acquisition, lead generation and/or revenue generation preferred
- Strong analytical abilities, especially with respect to experimental design and analysis- Willingness to wear whatever 'hat' is necessary to ensure success
- Adept at making data-driven decisions
