Global Licensing Coordinator

The Business/Creative coordinator will support the office of Emerging Markets and Global Licensing. This position will play a key role in coordinating the sales and business development outreach program. Responsibilities will include:

1. Coordinate, track and distribute licensing and emerging market research and competitive reports regularly.
2. Administer and curate the "Central Homepage" including prepping and compiling all digital marketing assets on a weekly basis. Including creating ID numbers and records in the database (Pub World)
3. Coordinate the outreach program by researching and identifying "white space" opportunities in the emerging markets space (North America and International Markets).
4. Create and update monthly competitive landscape reports for North America and key International markets (example - tablet players in Asia versus Europe).
5. Responsible for packing and designing communication internally to the various offices. Additionally, be responsible for designing and creating presentations in Key Note for the department.
6. Organize the bi-weekly Global Forum mailbox including summarizing meeting notes, calendars updates and the Outlook invitation process. Also, be responsible for the distribution and posting of the presentations
7. Basic administrative duties such as copy / collating and QA'ing decks and presentations as needed. Additionally, shipping and some light phone coverage.

* Manage the assets for the "Central Homepage" located on the GTL (Global Titles Library) including the file nomenclature and hierarchy set-up. Will be responsible for gathering and tracking the materials weekly.
* Design and layout biweekly newsletters (HTML format for e-mail) for Global Licensing and Emerging Markets.
* Design backgrounds, embed media, including click-through to play for various department presentations
* Coordinate and communication updates weekly via the Global Forum e-mail box (Outlook).

o Bi-Weekly Forum Invitations
o Meeting summary notes
o Posting of presentations
o Attendance reports

* Research
competitive products, such as emerging digital products (mobile, preloads [phones/tablets] eBooks, custom apps), and new business explorations (via searching online, finding external digital updates and monitoring news trends).

Track and manage the following reports:

o Digital News Report (global and dept.)
o Product landscape reports by key territories (carriers, tablet players in key markets).
o Bi-Weekly App Trend Report (global, department, Learning group)
o Weekly Retail Sound Bite Series (dept.)
o New Business Tracking Reports - Contract Status, Discussion Updates (Dept.)

* Cold call companies as directed by the dept. lead, gathering further information and assessing potential business development opportunities
* Manage the dept. distribution lists for weekly communication (Digital trends (top 10 reports), market news and other publishing movements in the market place)
* Other special projects as assigned by Emerging Markets & Global Licensing (OPA & other GOPS tools)
