Global Digital Project Manager

One of our Fortune 500 financial service clients is looking for a highly polished and professional Digital Project Manager.

The role of the Digital Project Manager, is to assist in launching new digital projects for mobile and tablet apps that are focused on improving customer service and customer experience. It is important for this candidate to be knowledgeable of mobile and tablet apps as well as have an extreme sense of urgency with excellent phone skills.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop a robust and disciplined reporting plan that includes digital channel operational and business performance metrics.
o The candidate will partner closely with Decision Management, Product, Customer Experience, Usage and Operations teams to determine a core set of key digital indicators, and then will be responsible for tracking and reporting on these key metrics.
• Work with key stakeholders to determine a core set of measures to track, collect, review, analyze, and report on critical consumer metrics across digital channels
• Partner with Operations and Decision Management colleagues to develop a robust reporting plan.
o Create and run clear, concise and actionable reports and communicate results to the rest of the team

Qualifications:
o The ideal candidate is a proven problem solver with strong analytical, and leadership skills with impeccable collaboration, communication and an ability to influence cross-functional groups and to thrive in an environment of constant change.
o Familiarity with analytical, reporting, business writing and project management skills
o Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority
o Strong communication, project management and presentation skills. Ability to present complex data, analyses, and statistics in a simple and clear way
o Proficient in MS Office applications with knowledge of various web tracking tools a plus
o Demonstrated success in an analytical role, with digital Marketing, Operations or Technology experience preferred
o 2 – 5 years of related experience, ideally in the digital, financial service, consumer packaged goods marketing or advertising area
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field of study; or equivalent experience.
