Global Digital Producer

Position Overview:

The GDM Team is looking for a producer that has a digital production foundation with 3 to 6 years experience managing global campaigns and the ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams to execute complex programs for global markets.

The position contributes to client's success by approaching digital production and project management as much art as it is science, with a proven ability to lead large work groups and bring business strategies over the finish line and into production/execution while understanding the importance of strong partnerships as a vital means to do so.

Ideal candidates have a deep understanding of the digital landscape and channels, technology and trends along with strong working knowledge of web development, social media, CRM and systems technology. Determining scope, relationships and delivery expectation across all service providers and agencies. The ability to effectively articulate roadblocks, gaps and project needs. Identifying risks and making actionable recommendations and solutions to key business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Campaigns and Seasonal Promotions
-Partner with Regional Digital Marketing Manager to build a short term and long term roadmap for supporting our global markets out of Seattle.
-Collaboration with US producer promo leads to understand the key initiatives and dates while sharing this out globally.
-Building toolkits to leverage US initiatives.
-Work across the digital marketing international team and global creative studio to gather assets to share with our global markets.
-Organize existing content and build a system for managing rights and licenses for global usage.

Coffee Network
-Working with Regional Digital Marketing Manager to support story regional and market coffee stories and lead the international working session with the US Coffee team.
-Managing the development of global content through the review process to delivery of final assets.

-Working with Regional Digital Marketing Manager to support the Launch of product.
-Managing the development of global content through the review process to delivery of final assets.

Global Training/ Global Education
-Working with Regional Digital Marketing Manager to identify needs and set up training sessions
