Global Digital Marketing Manager

The Global Digital Marketing Manager leads business-to-business transformative marketing efforts.

You will drive global brand identity standards, content creation, and campaigns, resulting in more and better sales-ready leads and vertically-focused selling tools & programs.

Develop, execute and assess marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
• Identify with product management and sales key customer segments / personae; Analyze and interpret the user journey to better understand and focus messaging, in particular positioning of the company as a leading solution provider.
• Develop and implement appropriate marketing campaigns to increase website traffic and generate awareness of brands, products and/or programs, for overall market and targeted verticals
• Develop, implement and deploy global processes to increase visibility in target markets, segments and applications.
• Lead and execute analysis on marketing initiatives to improve efficiency & effectiveness of resource deployment
• Supervise content creation team and external resources. Drive strategy on owned versus agency content-creation and analytical resources

Drive consistent global brand identity
• Refine and enforce global brand identity standards; Develop centralized resources and processes to support global programs, including email marketing automation/execution and content posting to online catalogs and content sites.
• Maintain consistent offline/online brand messaging and positioning in English and non-English communications.

Ensure team and infrastructure support strategic initiatives
• Support integration with other technology tools: (CRM System), JDEdwards (ERP), Marketo, Business Objects, Domo, etc. Identify and champion new tools to drive efficiency & effectiveness.
• Supervise and execute consistent daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Develop, prepare, and oversee the global communications department budget
• Develop, organization and staffing plan to support profitable global growth

Key success metrics for this position include:
• Increased quantity and quality of sales-ready leads from non-sales efforts
• Increased quantity, professionalism and impact of internal and external communication
• Consistently enforced global brand standards and guidance

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in business, marketing, communication or related field

• 5-7 years of experience within a mid-to-large size global company responsible for setting and executing B2B marketing communications strategies
• Experience managing external creative and analytic resources, as well as internal stakeholders including product and sales management
• Experience using marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred). Domo experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML a plus
