Global Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented consultant to serve in a digital management role within our client’s Digital Marketing department. This role will require candidates to bring demonstrated ability to manage a global Center of Excellence Web team of 7 (including 1 web designer, 2 copy writers, 1 web developer, 1 content manager and 1 site manager).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent management and leadership to the Web & Digital Media staff while working collaboratively with all global businesses, segments and function digital leaders

• Partner with global IT to ensure alignment on multiple global digital projects in pipeline
• Partner with brand team to ensure alignment and global positioning of the new brand
• Market and present web/digital strategies to diverse audiences, manage multiple projects and maintain schedules and budgets
• Excellent web/digital media project management and estimating experience.
• Fluent in development optimization techniques to deliver the best user experiences in the most technically efficient manner.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and success of content, measuring actual results against desired outcomes on a global basis
• Work closely with governance position ensuring consistent, useful, and relevant creation, maintenance, and expiration of content
• Lead project teams and influence stakeholders to optimize digital content
• Responsible for hearing and interpreting the voice of the customer: take into account all of the various input and transform it into an optimal content plan
• Develop and execute global web content management (WCM) roadmap
• Assess, review and approve digital content
