Global Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist

We are seeking a Global Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist for our Miami-based client. This is a 6 month contract with potential for hire (after the 6 months!). In this position your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the build and rollout of a global suite of externally facing websites; Managing existing internal resources on corporate intranets; Serving as a knowledgeable resource on use of Salesforce CRM; Managing email marketing and campaign tracking, and reporting on effectiveness; Driving social media marketing both internally and externally. In addition, you will advise leadership on the best way to distribute messages digitally and will prepare digital content. You will report into the International Head of Marketing, Communications & Knowledge Management, and will also need to maintain a relationship with the Global Marketing Solutions & Digital Marketing team. This position has been created to help this company focus on enhancing its digital platforms, externally and internally, to showcase the organization’s offerings and to facilitate more open communication and message dissemination. The Global Digital Marketing Specialist joins the organization at a pivotal time and will help take these platforms to the next level. Your stong background in digital marketing will be heavily relied upon and you will work with senior-level management to hone and implement the organization’s strategy for those platforms. To manage the platforms day-to-day, you will work closely with organization marketers, particularly the International Head of Marketing, the global Digital team and regional marketers and business colleagues.

Core Skills: Direct experience driving a MNC business with digital marketing, including managing content on digital platforms; Experience with Adobe AEM required; Salesforce or ExactTarget a plus; Up-to-date understanding of digital marketing principles and trends; Proven writing skills for digital and web content; Ability to influence others in a diplomatic fashion; The ability to present technical ideas in a non-technical manner and to translate business needs into requirements more technical staff will understand; Some background in usability and user experience; Experience with Content Management Systems and HTML skills; Interest in and sensitivity to other cultures and global differences in marketing and digital trends; Experience managing email marketing platforms or mobile applications is a plus; Bilingual: English & Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
