Global Consumer Insights Logistic Senior Planner

Looking ASAP for a Global Consumer Insights Logistic Senior Planner for a 6 month role! You must have experience in working with children! The primary responsibility for this role will be observing children playing with various products and analyzing their interaction!!!!

The Global Consumer Insights (GCI) –Logistics Senior Planner will partner closely with the GCI Associate Manager and other team members in the execution of Funlab initiatives, Funlab driven Marketers/Designers @ Play program and research projects as they relate to toys, games and entertainment. In addition, the Logistics Senior Planner will interact and assist the Manager and Senior Manager of Funlab as needed.

The Fun Lab is a team-oriented group, and we need someone who is able to work with them, but also be self-sufficient, flexible, and able to hit the ground running independently when handed a project.

Key Responsibilities:
Support Associate Manager on all logistics required to enroll and supervise Global Brand Marketers (and Designers in 2013) going thru Marketers @ Play program (MAP).

  • Partner/collaborate with the Associate Research Manager to manage the fielding of Marketing and Design pairs attending home visits
  • Interview and screen families for the MAP program
  • Point person for any questions Global Brand Marketers and families have re: MAP program when needed
  • Incentive ordering, incentive deliveries, distribution and collection of signature forms
  • Schedules and conducts with the Global Brand Marketers and designers (2013) a mandatory training program for all attendees of the MAP program prior to home visits: “20-minute In-home training orientation session”
  • Checks to make sure all Marketers have a satisfactory Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI in MA) and (BCI Check in RI).
  • Creates, implements, a Survey /system that tracks trends/learning gained and reports findings to Senior Research Manager

    Support Funlab Observational Research Studies: will assist in analyzing data from research observations, surveys, journals, to support research objectives, product development, and future planning of a concept under review.

  • Partner/collaborate with the GCI Research Manager responsible for each project to manage the fielding of initiatives
  • Meet and greet Funlab participants involved with pre-recruited studies and giving out incentives.
  • Perform and assume other miscellaneous operational requirements, which are critical to the success of good research evaluations, as may be required.
  • Draft surveys, journals or other at-home assignments to be fielded via FunLab
  • Conduct preliminary analysis of findings from special projects
  • Draft report of findings from special projects

    Field Recruiter Responsibilities

  • Cold call potential research candidates for specific research studies.
  • Conducts Market Research surveys via telephone.
  • Supports management with all the recruiting logistics involved with market research engagements such as observational research studies, focus groups, shop-alongs, mass-mailing of surveys, in-home testing, etc.
  • Recruiting responsibilities: screening, interviewing, scheduling successful placements via telephone to participate in upcoming observations and confirming their attendance 24 hours in advance of project.
  • Create database record for the candidate.
  • Assists with maintaining a database of recruiting sources and candidates pool
  • Full Operative of Video and Audio Equipment during research studies
  • Returning daily phone calls-explaining various Fun Lab programs offered
  • Arranging testing rooms for optimal research approach.
  • Meet and greet Fun Lab participants involved with pre-recruited studies and giving out incentives
