Contract opportunity with potential for perm at Fortune 500 Social Media company in San Francisco!

The Campaign Marketing Manager position requires a creative and strategic marketer who can easily navigate between strategy and execution of campaigns focused around key media events and consumer moments. Strong analytical abilities and experience tracking and evaluating campaign performance are also critical for this role.

The Campaign Marketing Manager will lead the following:

Consumer Campaign Strategy : Define, socialize and execute on core strategy, demonstrating thought leadership and expertise.

Campaign Management: Working cross-functionally, lead planning, development of channel plans and implementation of integrated campaigns to drive engagement and relevance among existing and prospective users.

Industry Insights: Track competitive and trends and surface insights that will help us continue to grow and innovate as a marketing team.

Global Team Collaboration: Manage day-to-day relationships with team members in distributed offices. Communicated HQ priorities and facilitate.

Campaign Performance Tracking: Develop a framework for evaluating campaign performance and optimizing media spend, creative rotation and integrated campaign components.

Brand Development: Partner closely with the brand strategy and campaigns team to build consistency around brand personality and voice.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Represent the team’s plans and work with confidence and clarity when partnering with internal marketing, brand, product marketing, comms and creative teams across the broader organization.

Desired Skills and Experience:

5-8 years executing campaign marketing (or similar marketing) programs for a global digital consumer brand. Mix of in-house and agency experience preferred.

A history of performance excellence with a great balance of big-picture thinking and detailed execution.

A strong track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional relationships and a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Track record of successfully rolling out complex, data-driven marketing programs.

Strong quantitative analytical ability and excellent written and oral communication skills, including executive presentations.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment.
