Global Brand Marketing Manager

The Global Brand Marketing Manager will support brand marketing and management efforts across both the Global Consumer Marketing Group and Global Brand Management.

Responsibilities include:

Brand Marketing:
• Analysis of in-category and out-of-category brand marketing best practices, including marketing through social media, digital marketing, and mobile platforms.
• Support development of brand communications, presentations, and videos (working with agency partners) articulating brand strategy to various stakeholder groups.

Project Management:
• Lead project management and tracking for key Global Brand Marketing projects and workstreams.
• Lead development and ongoing management of master project timeline/workplan, understanding key dependencies and integration points within Marketing and cross-functionally.
• Prepare regular project updates and monitoring progress on key deliverables, issues, and dependencies as required.
• Support management of budget targets, while working closely with 3rd party vendors, agency partners and/or internal functional group(s)
• Support legal trademark search, clearance, and registration of brand assets globally.
• Communicates with and guides internal and external stakeholders on projects steps and objectives
• Creates and reviews project proposal or plans and sets project deliverables
• Manages scope and scope change requests
• Monitors projects from initiation through delivery and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement
• Identifies and develops contingency plans to mitigate and address risks

Logistical tasks:
• Organize, coordinate & establish key cross-functional meetings ensuring smooth, efficient and effective sessions
• Perform various administrative tasks in support of key projects
• Assist in budget management and monthly roll-up communications / documentation

Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree required
• Minimum 3-5 years business development or project management experience – preferably within a global organization
• Ability to be an effective liaison between the Global Brand & Global Marketing business leaders and agency partners
• Skilled at project management
• Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple marketing disciplines and varying organizational groups
• Experience within marketing, design/brand or other similar creative field is preferred
• Ability to build strong working relationships with and management of external agency partners
• Knowledge of financial services and technology industries (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
