Short term Global Brand Manager needed ASAP!

Under the direction of the SVP Global Brand Licensing & Publishing, this individual will need to

  • manage strategic global marketing communication and
  • lend support to the planning and execution of licensing events.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly NA category meetings, monthly global meetings, and franchise planning sessions.
  • Manage license brand and global brand activity in order to strategically update monthly franchise trackers with key action items and/or deliverables with appropriate follow-up and distribution.
  • Drive meetings and secure new global information from the GBT, Licensing Team, and Studio in order to develop the monthly Hasbro Bulletin, which goes out the last week of every month with a customized note to the global licensee/licensing teams and senior management list. Route to all parties including PR for approval.
  • Foster relationship with retail development team and provide appropriate retail marketing support.


  • Assist the Global Brand Execution team and Corporate Communication team with the planning and execution of the North American Licensing Sales Meeting Nov 13-14.
  • Support GBE and Corporate Communications in managing the agenda and content for the 2-day sales meeting.
  • Assist Corporate Communications in securing new visual consumer products assets (high-res jpgs, mocked up product) from creative and/or the category licensing team as requested by Corporate Communications to complete the presentations and the keynote.
  • Back-up GBE and Corporate Communications with any additional support needed to from seating and displays to securing sizzles, TVC’s, and/or music for event.
  • Upload event presentations and sizzles via Livelink and send communication to global teams. Organize delivery of thumb drives with scrubbed decks for licensee distribution.
  • Collaborate with GBE and to help build out Branded Play Statements for licensee summits, previews, and Hong Kong Toy Fair.
  • Coordinate with GBE and Region Heads to help secure global consumer products needed for branded play statements.
  • Assist GBE with any product mock-ups needed.
  • Support GBE with sales sheets, advertising layouts(trade or consumer), and leave-behinds as needed.
