Global Brand Digital Specialist

We are looking for a Brand Digital Specialist for our client's Global Women brand, which consists of Running, Women’s Training and Sportswear (Run/Train/Live). As part of this, you will help us become the most connected and indispensible brand for our consumer. Your work will enable our female athletes around the world though digital services and experiences.

Each season, you will support the Global Brand Digital Manager in delivering against seasonal initiatives in the digital space. You’ll contribute to the content creation and management process, and will play a part in determining how this content comes to life across our digital ecosystem (email, social, apps, nike.com). To maintain our position as a market innovator, you’ll continually search for new, industry-specific opportunities and help drive new concepts for our team to try.

To succeed in the role you’ll need to be a master of communication, negotiation, and playing well with others. You’ll interface with Brand Marketing, Brand Design, Brand Comms, Digital Commerce, and Consumer Knowledge, but your day-to-day partners will be outside content creation agencies and the upstream Brand Digital team setting the strategy and consumer journey for the season. This role partners closely with a Brand Digital Manager to create innovative and seamless digital experience and be responsible for effective communication with our in-market teams, making sure they have what they need strategically to execute the plans on the ground and bring the brand to life for athletes*.

Responsibilities:
• Drive the digital content creation and execution for Women channels, serving her across the run/train/live proposition from a local to global level.
• Oversee the creation of a seasonal digital toolkit to the Geos
• Help guide agency partners in content creation direction
• Give feedback on creative work (copy, imagery, etc.)
• Put together shot lists and deliverable lists
• Oversee photo shoots
• Collect and synthesize feedback on the social and nike.com run of show
• Support the Brand Digital Manager

Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years' related experience
• Experience working for Nike in a corporate role, preferably with a Brand function
• Experience working with in a matrix environment or with a cross-functional team
• Ability to provide creative vision and direction for projects and/or special assignments specific to multiple categories
• Creative and conceptual thinker able to develop innovative solutions to problems
• Ability to manage multiple projects with different and convergent timelines
• Thorough understanding of social media trends, online shopping behavior, the digital landscape, & our female consumer
• A strong sense of the Nike brand identity
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead and direct outside resources
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented communication style
• A mean creative streak and the ability to tell “good” design/copy from “bad” design/copy and explain why
• Easily adaptable and comfortable with change
• A passion for or connection to running, training, fitness, and fashion
