- Involved in Gift Card inventory management and product fulfillment (card production and fulfillment) life cycle and play a central role in keeping the business operations organized.
- Responsible for transactional order management, product fulfillment and driving projects to manage and improve business operations.
- This is a collaborative role that will work cross-functionally to drive process improvements with the end goal of providing the highest levels of efficiency to our Gift Card Operations.
- Exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
- As an Operations Coordinator, you must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be comfortable communicating across cultural, country and time-zone boundaries (mainly US Pacific Standard Time).

- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of industry experience in Operations roles at a technology firm, retailer, or manufacturing
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Docs
- Fluency in verbal and written English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and solid time management and multitasking skills
- Previous program/project management experience
- This position requires frequent video chat communication with teams in the US. The candidate needs to be able to shift work hour by 1-2 hours flexibly when necessary (example: 8a.m-5p.m. instead of 9-6.)
