Gaming Marketing Lead

We are looking for an experienced marketer to lead our marketing efforts for the Gaming vertical in North America.

This position works closely with both the US gaming sales team, other the global gaming sales team, the global gaming marketing lead, and other regional gaming marketers. This position will be responsible for implementing marketing programs in the US.

This role incorporates all aspects of marketing communications including driving a top-notch industry presence, identifying and sharing the right success stories, leading design projects, creating meaningful presentation content, driving event activation events in each market, identifying the most appropriate set of marketing collateral and more.

The position will be part of the North America marketing team and will partner with other members of the team on things like industry marketing, events, case studies, and more.

Responsibilities
Drive the creation of world-class marketing communications for all marketing products across Gaming sub-verticals in the US;
Develop thought-leadership materials designed to enhance our advertisers’, agency partners’ and the industry’s understanding of social and online marketing;
Create innovative content that can be used by our sales teams to generate new business, educate clients/partners on new products/features and engage clients/partners on innovative ways to drive awareness/sales via new marketing techniques;
Work closely with cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for advertising messaging, campaigns and product launches;
Develop scalable ways to use data and metrics to drive growth and sales for clients;
Create and execute a strategy for events, sponsorships and speaking opportunities – transforming client's industry presence in each market.

Skills:
8+ years of professional experience;
Background in gaming company
Demonstrated capacity for developing industry leading marketing strategies;
Deep knowledge of the advertising/marketing industry
Experience working with senior marketers at both agencies and global brands and expertise supporting and enabling a sales organization;
Experience supporting sales organizations;
Strong decision-making skills with successful experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams.

Education:
BA/BS degree required, MBA or equivalent a plus
