Funding Manager II

Our client is seeking a funding manager to help with their web services. Your role is to help drive the process of on-boarding partners into their web services and global partner program. You will be surrounded by people who are wickedly smart, passionate about web services and believe that global marketing is critical for success!

The successful candidate will be comfortable managing the day-to-day operations related to funding of partner activities around the world. Specific responsibilities will include: tracking and processing funding requests, providing regular reports on payments, and helping to optimize the partner funding process.
In this role, you will be eager to manage details, work effectively with other APN staff, embrace a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, solve problems creatively, and take risks when appropriate in order to achieve established goals.

Key functions will include:
· Partner Funding Field Support: assist worldwide Partner Marketing Managers and Partner Development Managers with Partner Funding execution
· Data Management: Successfully manage large volumes of data, while maintaining high data quality
· Document processing: Manage vendor agreements, execute legal/financial documents, invoices, and proofs of completion
· Communications: Help ensure program transparency by proactively communicating with all stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:
•2+ years of experience in Accounting, A/R, Finance, or similar role in a corporate environment
· BS/BA degree in Business Administration or a related field
· Proven success in creatively solving problems and refining processes and procedures
· Experience using CRM and financial/accounting software (Salesforce.com preferred)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented
· Street smarts and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary
· Genuine enthusiasm for technology and global web access
· High energy, goal oriented, dependable, problem solver

Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in supporting Sales, Finance, or Marketing teams at a mid-to-large scale multi-geographical organization
•Passion for working in a lean, fast-paced organization, and desire to own and refine key operational processes
•Ability to adapt to a fast-changing and evolving role
•Desire to grow with the team and take on additional responsibilities
