Position- Front End Developer with eCommerce experience
Duration- 6 to 12 months
Location- Addison, Texas
Onsite M-F during normal business hours

eCommerce Front End Developer:
As part of the User Experience (UX) team, the Front-end Developers (FEDs) provide direction for the future development of all front-end technologies (CSS2/3, HTML5/XHTML, DOM, JavaScript, JSP Tiles, CMS, jQuery, AJAX, LESS, SCSS etc.) used on eCommerce site. They work closely with business owners, product owners, business analysts, project managers, UX architect, visual designers, and J2EE developers/tech leads to deliver working code for site.

FED’s are responsible for establishing and executing the User Experience Front End Technology vision, maintaining industry best practices and standards for site user interface (UI) development.


• Contributing to a culture of innovation and teamwork
• Pushing the boundaries of what’s possible to create better UX interfaces for our users
• Leading technical solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial explorations through final design deliverables such as screen layouts, user interface elements, and prototypes
• Documentation of site front end technology standards and procedure for internal and 3rd party developers
• Producing and delivering final assets using HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript frameworks (jQuery, etc.) for site Interactive Marketing publishing group
• Assist in the development or mobile technical solutions for HTML5 web application(s) for site

Background, skills and competencies

• 3-to-5 years of relevant work experience with a significant experience working on eCommerce websites
• Passionate and driven, solution-oriented with strong ability to go the extra mile to bring about success
• Great attention to details and ability to deliver with quality
• Significant experience of active cooperation with operational teams in local business units in order to understand their needs and to help them to optimize UX
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of professional environments (B2B) and networks of branches
• Ability to work cross-culturally within a global organization
• Experience with Hyrbis Cloud preferred (optional)
