Our client, an industry-leading provider of incentive and recognition solutions for corporations is on the hunt for a Front End Developer to help out on projects from time to time.

The hours are flexible, anticipated to total 25 - 30 hours per week for the first 30 days, and then reducing to 16 – 20 hours per week thereafter.

We're specifically looking for an individual to assist with updates to our clients' incentive program websites; updates to our online award catalog; design of HTML emails; and similar types of short-term projects. Following are a few more details about potential projects:

Position Outline / Responsibilities

1. 1) Apply HTML formatting within program web pages and email templates configured for our Global reward platform.
a. Apply HTML formatting to simple text content that takes full-advantage of all existing CSS options within our proprietary application, to create professional page layouts. All web development must be developed specifically to work within our existing applications. Key functions for HTML include:
I. Table structures
II. Bulleted lists
III. Embedded images
IV. Headers
V. Email Templates

2. Catalog / Product Display
a. Apply HTML to web-based award catalog descriptions– clever presentation of branded background, imagery and product description
b. HTML to be read from SQL data structure

3. Implement jquery and flash animation developed from graphic designers
a. Take html code that is handed off from the graphic designers and incorporate within our web applications
b. If candidate has capability to design and develop flash animations, this can be incorporated into their role

4. Apply translated content into HTML formatted web pages and email templates
a. Utilizing a single template, incorporate translated web content to create multi-lingual versions from a single source.
b. Actual translations to be provided in simple text)
