You are a good fit for them if you can:
Be opinionated about what they do and offer constructive criticism and ideas.
Occasionally work with Wordpress and Drupal, but thankfully, not too much. As well as occasionally set up development servers, and do other misc tasks when help is needed.
Write really good documentation for the things you make.
Contribute in other relevant areas where you have skills. If you’re also a designer, bonus! They'll use that talent. Know how to compose music or animate? Those skills won't atrophy here.
Help steer the direction of the company, especially on the product side of things.
Why this role? They're a small boutique agency, so you get to work on several great clients instead of just one.
They’ve been around for 12 years, so they’re stable.
While most of them call Phoenix and Portland home, they value and promote remote working.
You will be an integral member of their new product development team. They’re focused on building an innovative LMS, and you’ll help lead the charge to making that product launch successful.
You’ll work closely with user experience designers and technology leads.
They are passionate people who love what we do.
If you've got the chops, the desire to work with awesome people, and build great applications, apply now!
