Our client seeks a full-time, on-site Front End Developer (with light back end skills) to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. The right candidate will work day in and day out with a great, full-service digital team to find innovative solutions to brand challenges and bring digital campaigns, platforms, and services to market. This person will not simply be responsible for coding, but will also be an integral part of shaping the company's brands through concepting and technology.

Essential Job Duties (from our client):

The Web Developer works with the Marketing / Creative team to enhance the brand and its subsidiaries by designing and coding stunning digital media projects. We are looking for someone who loves to wear multiple hats, who pushes the whole team to produce more compelling work, and who can bring something unique to the table with both creativity and technical skill. Working within a variety of media, you will ensure high quality visual content at every opportunity. You will manage and oversee complex design projects from concept through production. Effectively prioritize and balance multiple priorities simultaneously. Plan and schedules resources to meet client commitments and deadlines. The designer works closely with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

Additional Job Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Collaborate with designers, strategists, analysts, and developers to create compelling campaigns, platforms, and services
• Drive innovation in our clients’ systems, processes, and technology stacks
• Spark creativity across the entire team
• Track industry trends and find opportunities to apply them to our work
• Mentor and train junior developers
• Help source and vet technology partners that can bring the work to the next level
