Freelance Multimedia/Film Producer

As a Multimedia Producer you will provide support across the team in

the day-to- day management, execution and delivery of multiple

projects and initiatives. Working closely with the Production Manager

you will be helping ensure our video productions are delivered to a

high standard, on time, on brand and on budget.


 Managing project lifecycle from concept to completion:

o Taking part in conceptualisation of project

o Managing on a daily basis the project database and

resource calendar alongside Dept. Manager

o Managing daily activity in the studio (team of 5)

o Assisting in putting together pricing alongside PM

o Scheduling shoots and edits/post prod

o Creation of call-sheets for all shoots

o Edit supervision where necessary

o Managing review process

o Ensure deadlines are met

o Assist in maintaining continuity, quality, and content

before any project is released.

 Supplier sourcing, management and relationship


o Production crews (global)

o Freelance talent – editors, motion designers, script


o Make-up/VO artists

o External production agencies

o Sourcing props and any other materials

o Location sourcing and booking

 Role on shoots

o Run smaller shoots

o Help with shoot set-up and breakdown of equipment

(cameras, lighting, etc)

o Meet and greet talent

o Camera and autocue operating

o Ensuring all required model releases are signed and

stored correctly

Other responsibilities

 Research and submit flagged projects for award submissions

 Maintain departments HUB page (intranet)

 Managing all studio bookings

Essential Skills  Good communication skills and collaborative demeanour for

working with external suppliers and people across

departments and at all levels

 Able to prioritise workloads for yourself and the team you


 Confident in making quick decisions based on business


 Ability to work to tight deadlines across multiple projects with

excellent organisational skills

 Comfortable working across databases and project

management systems.

 A genuine interest and knowledge of the video production


 An attention to detail and innate organisation skills.

 Desirable but not essential – Knowledge of Adobe Creative

Suite, particularly Premiere and Microsoft Office across

PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
