MARKETING COORDINATOR

We have a consistent need for Marketing Coordinators for one of our major fashion and beauty clients. POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Coordinator will support the drive to store email and direct mail marketing programs. Facilitating the development and timely delivery of all creative assets, including email and site requests. The Coordinator will develop and maintain the production schedule, weekly workflow and tasks of the creative department. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, collaboration and communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with email traffic
• Proof email and direct email assets for accuracy (including offer, disclaimers, barcodes)
• Assist in development and publication of email reporting
• Assist in maintenance and quality assurance of CRM activity calendar
• Assist in maintenance and QA of email cell throttle (email segmentation documentation)
• Assist in maintenance and QA of email detail sheets (integral step in cross functional campaign execution)
• Create ringcodes (used for campaign performance tracking) as necessary
• Attend meetings as necessary
• Must posses strong organizational skills, ability to coordinate and align with cross functional partners and have strong written communications skills



QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Retail experience preferred
• CRM campaign execution (direct mail, email) experience preferred
• Knowledge of CRM customer segmentation preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Rigorous attention to detail
• Capacity to manage multiple and competing demands/projects and deliver against aggressive goals
• Capacity to work in an ever-changing environment
• Strong collaborative skills
• Analytic mindset who is also a creative thinker (e.g. generates new ideas, approaches situations differently and finds novel solutions to problems)
• Ability to make business recommendations based on data and results of previous campaigns
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Self-starter, initiative taker
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to positively influence others amongst cross-functional teams
• Familiar with e-commerce, digital marketing a plus
