My client is a fantastic gaming & entertainment brand renowned for creating great content across the board for various different platforms. As they are gearing up for numerous key title releases, they are looking for an established, hands on 3D Generalist with strong character design experience.
As they are trying to release numerous games for the Sony brand as well external clients, ideally you should be someone who has worked in house at a gaming studio or an agency that has focused on gaming titles. For this project, you'll be working with pre existing designs of characters to see them through to final delivery; using Maya as your main 3D software. You ideally should have strong rigging, rendering and posing experience because this is what you'll be doing to a number of characters in order to make them game ready.
This is likely to be an ongoing project past the 13th of July so if all goes well with this brand, there will be plenty of opportunity to get involved on great projects to see the efforts of your work in action; so if you are confident with rigging, rendering and posing ready made characters to a great standard, this could be the role for you!
- Experience rendering, rigging and posing characters
- Strong experience using 3D software, mainly Maya
- Strong gaming in house knowledge
- Detailed samples showing character development process
