Freelance Client Marketing Manager/Loyalty & Rewards

One of our valued Fortune 500 financial service clients is looking for a freelance Client Manager to work on a high profile loyalty enterprise program. Launched in 2010 to provide loyalty services to third party clients, the business has grown significantly in the past four years, adding seven top tier Travel, Financial Services and B2B companies.

This Loyalty Program has positioned itself to run the majority of the client’s rewards marketing so the role has a great mix of general management, client interface, project management and marketing strategy/execution. This individual will be responsible for owning all aspects of Program engagements with the client’s loyalty program, including reward selection, online customer experience, segmentation, marketing, technology enhancements, customer servicing and overall P&L responsibility. The individual will be focused on driving revenue growth and profitability, establishing and executing the client’s loyalty marketing strategy as well as identifying new business expansion opportunities with their client

Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day relationship to develop, grow and retain client
• Build consistent communication and operational procedures with client; manage and lead weekly meetings and quarterly in-person business reviews
• Develop & execute both online and offline loyalty marketing strategies and campaigns
• Successfully collaborate & engage with Platform and Business Development teams as well as LE support teams including Risk, World Service, Finance, GOA and AET to drive key projects and goals.

Skills and Experience:
• MBA or equivalent experience
• Experienced Client/Partner Manager with excellent relationship management skills, strategic account development across a broad spectrum that includes marketing, consultative selling and financial analysis
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills to multiple audience types internally and externally
• Ability to expand existing partnerships by extending connections within a client, understanding core needs & building strategic solutions
• Cross-functional relationship and project management
• Highly organized, ability to juggle and prioritize
• Ability to prioritize efforts, quickly shift focus/direction and navigate uncertainty with a calm demeanor
• Willingness to roll up sleeves in a lean, startup environment
• Understanding of marketing strategy and campaign development, customer segmentation, creative agency management, campaign execution and results analysis.
• Loyalty and Financial Industry experience a must
