Freelance Account Manager - Consumer electronics - BTL/Shopper

With a successful track record of delivering award winning BTL activations and shopper marketing campaigns, this agency has a recipe for creative success that's proven itself time and again. Owing to increased business with one of their top clients, a high level consumer electronics brand we are currently looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

This role will see you as the key day-to-day contact with the client, delivering superior client service and managing the flawless execution of below-the-line and retail marketing campaigns.

Your experience as a well rounded Account Manager will see you having experience across all areas of project management.

Key responsibilities will include:
● Responsible for ensuring all internal and client partner processes are adhered to in the execution and delivery of campaigns.
● Timelines: Establish timeline for every project, monitor and ensure each is delivered on time
● Creative: Adhere to Creative Department procedures and ensure the smooth flow of artwork development.
● Legal Compliance: Responsible for ensuring legal checks are undertaken for all campaigns.
● Supplier Management: Maintain strong working relationships with preferred suppliers. Look to negotiate cost reductions where possible.
● Campaign Review: Undertake post evaluation for every program to determine key learnings.
● Meet agreed annual budget forecasts for team
● Responsible for ensuring all financial processes are adhered to in the preparation and delivery of campaigns
● Prepare budgets / cost estimates for presentation to business partners (and keep updated as required)
● Salesforce: Accountable for ensuring JCRs are up-to-date at all times, including showing the profitability of all jobs
● Salesforce and Shopper PO Spreadsheet: Ensure the timely and accurate input of financial updates
● Assist the team with any general tasks and requirements to ensure the team is running efficiently at all times
● Trade visits
