Footwear Photo Production Coordinator

The Product Photo Studio provides compelling product imagery that elevates brand vision. To accomplish this, we leverage the power of modern technologies, skill-sets and services. As part of our evolution, the Product Photo Studio is seeking a Footwear Production Coordinator to drive the execution of premium, accurate and on-time product image creation from line plan through to retail. You will work across multiple categories using data, product, material, color and graphic information in a high volume and fast-paced production environment. Qualified candidates will be highly detail-oriented, exceptionally well organized, and collaborative, have a positive attitude, take initiative, be a problem-solver and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Perform database administration, including uploading, logging and naming all images and inputting metadata for tracking and archiving
• Participate in developing, maintaining and continuously improving the digital asset workflow
• Ensure data accuracy in support of critical deadlines
• Collect and analyze data gathered throughout the season to communicate back to stakeholders, vendors, customers and internal partners
• Conduct file backups for production and routing of assets, and track assets through production
• Coordinate location and movement of electronic files with Customer Service and Production departments
• With indirect supervision, ensure timely and accurate performance of responsibilities for a single functional area or work group, producing quality results
• Ensure quality and consistency across a range of Photographic Artwork by evaluating condition of received client merchandise (i.e. defects), and by digitally (i.e. database) and physically (i.e. warehouse) tagging, cataloging, tracking, and monitoring status of client merchandise throughout the Photo Studio process.

Qualifications / Experience
• 2+ years experience successfully delivering results in a project management capacity
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design/Art, Supply Chain or related field
• Product Creation experience preferred
• Experience working in a creative environment, especially a commercial photography studio environment a plus
• Experience effectively working in a cross-functional environment
• Strong influence, collaboration, presentation and organization skills
• Strong formal and informal, written and verbal communication skills
• Technical aptitude
• Advanced Excel skills a must
• Abode Creative Suite experience preferred
• Understanding how files are produced (complex Photoshop files); intelligently communicating changes to internal teams and vendors
• Understanding file types (pixel and vector art, color spaces, and file composition)
