Our client is looking for a senior level manager of finance for their online entertainment segment. The candidates should have extensive experience with planning and forecasting, metrics, extensive reporting. The candidates should have experience working with all levels within businesses.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the analysis and development of the financial information required to successfully support my clients Entertainment product, marketing and engineering teams, including

· Annual Operating Plan (annual budget)

· Forecasts

· Fiscal Year-End Reporting

· Ad hoc analysis

· Manage intercompany allocation processes. Establish strong working relationships with segment finance teams to ensure clear understanding of allocations and expense drivers.



With support from the Director of Strategy & Planning, lead the FP&A function at my clients including the planning, timing, design, implementation, execution, analysis, and executive presentation of the financial information required to successfully support and build the business

· Annual Operating Plan (annual budget)

· Senior management reports

· Forecast

· Ad hoc analysis

· Serve as liaison with BSS, DTSS, and Central Tech Finance teams to ensure clear understanding of expense drivers, forecasts and variance analysis


· Work with all levels of the organization (senior management, functional leadership, staff, contacts in other TWDC segments) to report, analyze, and manage key financial and non-financial performance indicators

· Act as a key finance contributor in providing internal financial support to management, regions, accounting, and functional departments and meeting Corporate and financial reporting deliverables

· Ensure timely upward flow of information and the accuracy and reliability of the financial reporting and forecasting

· Prepare ad hoc what-if, breakeven, and trend analyses related to the current business, alternative marketing/distribution scenarios, potential acquisitions, and new products

· Periodically interface with Corporate groups and external vendors (e.g. Corporate Legal, DWSS, etc.) to administer policies & procedures



QUALIFICATIONS
· MBA preferred
· Minimum 5 years Finance experience
· Strong analytical skills
· Proven experience creating and working with complex financial models

· Experience with Cognos and SAP preferred
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong sense of ownership
· Entertainment industry experience preferred
· Manages aggressive timelines; deals effectively with pressure
· Multi-tasks by switching smoothly from one project or task to another
· Embraces teamwork; shares ideas and methods to improve performance
